Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country.

For customers in the following countries, we already cover the applicable import/customs fees in the shipping cost, so you should not have to pay additional customs charges when your order arrives:Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.If you are ordering from one of the following countries, you may be required to pay customs or import fees upon delivery:Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Ukraine, Vatican City, Russia (European part) and Turkey.Any customs or import charges that apply are the customer’s responsibility. If these fees are refused or left unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, we are unable to issue a refund.

All of our items are made to order, so please allow 3-7 working days (not including weekends and bank holidays) for your order to be carefully made and dispatched. Your estimated processing time will be shown when selecting your delivery option at checkout.Once dispatched, international orders can take up to 7 days to arrive. UK orders are sent using next-day delivery once they have been dispatched. You will also get the tracking number by email when your order is shipped.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns because all of our items are made to order specifically for you.

Yes, but cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order will have entered production and can no longer be cancelled.
