Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.

  • At checkout, shipping fees will be calculated based on your country.

  • Please note: in some countries there may be customs or import duties you’ll need to pay. These are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please keep in mind that the shipping costs do not include customs fees!
  • Important: If a customs fee is refused or not paid, the package may be returned to us — in that case, we are unable to issue a refund.

Order Fulfilment

  • Orders placed from 16th November will be shipped in January.

  • Orders placed before 16th November take up to 15 working days (approximately 3 weeks) to be dispatched.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

Returns & Cancellations

  • Returns are not accepted because all items are made to order.

  • Order cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, cancellations are not accepted.
