Thank you for shopping at Karlamardesign! Please read our shop policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Orders & Production
All items are made to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow a few business days for your order to be prepared before it is dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will do our best to make it right.
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Karlamardesign is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or any other factors outside of our control.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete. Karlamardesign cannot be held responsible for orders lost, delayed, or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-shipping costs.
Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Karlamardesign has no control over customs regulations and cannot predict or cover these costs.
If a package is refused or unclaimed due to customs fees, we are unable to issue a refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the postal service, Karlamardesign is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost in transit (not yet delivered), please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in investigating with the carrier.
Personalised & Custom Orders
For any custom or personalised orders, please ensure all details (text, spelling, colours, sizes) are correct before confirming. We will produce your item exactly as specified. No changes can be made once production has started.
